This was a direct replacement for a fridge that was fitted in our Kitchen 18 years ago , so we went for it . The fridge itself is the same internal dimensions but the main fridge shelves are not as flexible as the older version (less shelf positions ). The door shelves also look a bit odd as they have raised the height of the lowest self to accommodate the larger salad box , but this larger salad box is better than the old one . The freezer section is better with just the two large boxes , rather than having three with the top one only deep enough enough for a couple of Ice trays !

The Neff Fridge/ freezer is great. Expensive for a non frost free product. Door fit nicely on the fridge freezer. My tenant is happy.

Excellent replacement for a 30+ year old integrated fridge freezer of the same brand .. fitted exactly into the space.

The fridge freezer is great as far as it goes. I think the design is a little weirs as the lowest door shelf is a little high. Also, there should either be a temperature display or at least (as with our old Neff) a flashing light to warn you that the temperature isn't what it should be, based on your setting. Having said all that, the Neff chose itself when compared with five other brands.

Quieter operation compared to its predecessor. The fridge layout feels more spacious, with better shelf adjustability and a larger crisper. The freezer compartment is small as one big box and one smaller draw where previous was 3 draws. Also annoyed that NEFF do not offer 5 years warranty on this model, only found out once fridge is fitted in and not easy task to take out. Also this fridge freezer is not frost free fridge has small amount of frost on back whereas previous NEFF was totally free.

Product is good. Our last fridge freezer broke so we were forced to change. There is not much choice for integrated units. Neff is what we had before and it was 20 years old so we felt it had done its time and served us well and so bought another. The new one has a lovely full width salad drawer at the bottom of the fridge, I really like this feature but it has a downside of meaning the door shelves start much higher up making getting things like milk bottles in and out a little more awkward but sure I'll get used to it. The freezer is 2 drawer compartments, one really good size and the other smaller but still good. This is an improvement on the 3 we had previously where one was very shallow and the other was an odd shape. Shelves and compartments are all finished with a nice smart chrome trim and there's a handy wire shelf at the top of the fridge for bottles. It's super cold and doing a great job for us
