Perfectly fitting product and great service. We initially ordered a different product that unfortunately did not fit the kitchen. We were immediately given other options and the fridge was fitted within the next couple of days.

Good quality fridge - although slightly smaller than the older model (same size external dimensions - but smaller inside). Not as many door shelves to store milk, water and wine...

Fantastic fridge freezer. Very quiet and easy to position shelves. We chose this one as it fitted our old kitchen. Otherwise I would not have chosen low frost. However no sign of frost yet!

Purchased as a replacement for a Siemens. Love the large veg box in the bottom of the fridge Was worried about only having 2 freezer draws but the main freezer box is very large and will probably take more than our old model Seems very quiet Door shelves slightly restrictive as they have to slot in above the veg tray

Good quality. Our last Neff lasted 16 years. Slightly less door shelf space on this one because the salad box at the bottom comes further forward. Slightly more vibration from the motor than the last one but not too bad. (Sometimes it causes the toaster on the counter next to it to vibrate quietly but we move the toaster slightly and it stops. No big deal.)
