Well made and boils water as you’d expect. A bit on the heavy side as it’s a solid piece of kit

Very pleased with the kettle. It is quite heavy so could be difficult to use if you have arthritis in the wrist or fingers.

This is a great kettle. It's easy to fill, pours well and not too loud when boiling. Only down side I've found is it's not too easy to see the gauge while filling.

Again I’ve rushed into purchasing, then read some reviews afterwards, which was quite off putting I did think about sending the item back but then open the box and see I could register for a guarantee with Smeg direct on their website which was quite good as that was my worry. I couldn’t pay Ao for extra protection. Kettle seems quite small but then maybe I had a larger one last time but put off by the fact it’s a grey wire and a grey lead and plug with the black kettle but doesn’t look too bad once on the side and in place! I have only given the item 4 stars due to the size and the grey plug and wire. I don’t really use the kettle very much. I have really only purchased to look nice on my side and that it does!

Boils quickly works superbly. The reason I gave it a 4 was the lid sometimes sticks and will not open on first press.

Fabulous, this is my second Smeg kettle. The first one I bought refurbished but decided to change colour of kitchen appliances and chose this gorgeous pink. I absolutely love it. Plus buying from AO makes life easy as you are kept informed about delivery, which was very quick.
