I bought this to replace a brand new bosch kettle which didn't work (from a different store. Initially I ruled out the smeg down to cost.I looked on ao for a replacement and having read reviews purchased with next day delivery. I was amazed when it arrived tracked on Sunday morning! Brilliant kettle,great looks,quite boil with lots of features plus a 2 year guarantee if you can go the extra cost well worth it.

Fab trendy solid made & high quality ??

We are still in the process of renovating therefor we have not used this appliance as of yet. However, (as vain as it sounds) it has an aesthetically pleasing look over our kitchen counter along with the toaster. Despite some of the bad reviews we have seen I am hoping that is not the case for us.

Looks very nice on my kitchen counter. I have an open plan kitchen and living room, so it’s nice to have something luxurious like this Smeg kettle. Very pleased with the quality of the kettle. Boiling time is very quick. I like the option of having different temperature levels as I like to make different types of hot drinks.

I love this kettle. It is beautiful to look at. I love the temperature control aspect on it. Although it is heavy, it is easy to use. Worth every penny.

I had the Duck egg blue but have been waiting for the Black to become available.. it’s great that you can specify the temperature. It is a heavy kettle so perhaps not ideal for someone who is quite frail - but it is a very smart appliance.
