Great product and value did money! Had a kewood mixer for 20 years and replaced just recently

At the moment everything is working fine and with out Any problems. There is only one thing which I don’t like- is loud

The only reason it's a 4 is because I've not used it enough yet to rate it any higher but daaaaaaamn! It's so good and smooth compared to my previous shop brand mixer. I love the speed dial that's great to slowly increase. The sound is also not very loud I was expecting it be louder so that's always a win. I have the glass bowl the only disappointment is the splash guard lid doesn't fit over I'm presuming that's for another bowl option?

I read a lot of the reviews first before buying this and was happy that this mixer was reflective of those. Great item at a great price.

It’s great. Pleased i purchases

A great food mixer , and and upgrade from our previous Kmix. We have used it for bread dough, and it has done a fab job.

Excellent just what I needed

The product is excellent. I was disappointed that it only had three accessory mixers and I had to buy a further two direct from Kenwoodto get the full set. The extras have yet to arrive. I also bought a mincer attachment NOT from Kenwood. It arrived within 24 hours. The machine itself is great I suspect the customer service is not.
