Easy process to order. The AO scheme meant it was cheaper to order than other places which added on recycling and delivery costs. One point dropped because the delivery men accidentally took a component with them because it got muddled in the packaging. However, customer services re-ordered it and it came a few days later. Also didn’t line the hard sell for insurance (not taken up) by AO man (phone all) prior to delivery.

Seems to be a good fridge and the controls are easy to operate. However the door bottle carrier is wide enough for 2 rows of bottles which limits the depth of the internal shelves which can only carry small items. The bottom shelf is in 2 sections which makes storage on it awkward at times.

Purchased for my father who is very pleased with the extra wider space in the door shelves. It is nice and quiet and the temperature is very easy to set. The light inside is flush with the interior and therefore much easier to clean. Overall, very pleased with the new Neff fridge

Good volume and great door space

Great chilling power and temperature stability. It is great being able to set a target temperature that the fridge then maintains, rather than just having a dial that does not relate directly to the required temperature, as per fridges of old. Letting it down is the oversized bottle holder in the door. It is unnecessarily large and takes away useful shelf space.
