Best thing we did was upgrade to this product. Three deciding features. (1) more internal space despite being the same size as our old product, (2) Much quieter. (3) The best bit, the information panel shines on the floor so you can see progress of the wash from anywhere in the kitchen.

First one broke down after less than a year. Replaced by AO. The second one broke down after 3 months. There will not be a third. Research by Which has found that AEG is the second least reliable maker of washer-dryers: 26% develop a fault in the first seven years. We're lucky (I suppose) that both ours packed up quickly enough to be still under warranty.

Replaced a Zanussi washer dryer and this AEG is a great improvement, it is so quiet, easy to use and with the 1600 spin clothes come out damp from a wash alone. Very happy with the build quality, the 8kg wash facility is great for an integrated appliance, the smart wash cycle feature is great as it reduces time if it isn’t a full load by simply weighing the clothes prior to a wash cycle, steam feature is also great for freshening up items. Highly recommend this product

Given our washing machine sits under the kitchen counter, we wanted something quiet. It’s much quieter than our old machine and the drying cycle is quicker too. Would recommend. My only criticism (and a major design floor) is that when you install cupboard doors, there are two small metal plates that hang on the front of the washing machine that the hinges screw into - these plates are loose until the screws are in, and can very easily drop down inside the machine and get lost forever. I learned this the hard way.

After my last washer dryer packed up I bought this one. It’s Easy to operate and washes / dries clothes exceptionally well whilst being very quiet to operate

This product does exactly what it says on the tin. It's so quiet that I was checking to see if it was operating, especially after my last washer/dryer. It is also proving more economical than my old machine

Great machine. Very quiet. Good spin speed. My only criticism would be that it doesn't have a quick wash program. The shortest program is 1hr. Very pleased
