The fridge/freezer is exactly as described and just what we required. The fast chill was a bonus. The doors can be a little difficult to open, but apart from that, no complaints.

The fridge freezer is amazing and the company went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of hats off to ao yea they are a bit pricey but its not just the product your paying for your paying for the best service in the country hands down

there are a couple of snags… the produce drawer is full width whereas two separate half width would be better… the doors do not have handles and are more difficult to open because of that…these issues are common to designs in this price range

Very pleased with this fridge freezer. I like the simple no gimmicks design. Inside is very spacious and brightly lit. Only potential downside is that thd door seal is very tight so you have to yank hard to open it. Not suitable for an elderly person with weak wrists, but fine for the rest of us as a tight seal means no cold air is lost and it's economical to run. Great delivery service from AO.

I'm very pleased with this, which was a replacement for my old Beko. It's much quieter than my old one - silent most of the time and a gentle hum occasionally when adjusting temperature. The inside is more brightly lit so very easy to see what's at the back. The seal on the doors is very secure, which means it's not leaking cold air (good for efficiency), but you do have to give it a good yank to open. I like that there is no handle sticking out, but instead an indented panel to put your hand in. The digital control is pre-set to come on at recommended temperature when the unit is first switched on and I found that temperature to be appropriate after it had had several hours to reach it. Unlike some other models I'd looked at, the interior is plain and functional with no annoying patterns or gimmicks. The drawers and shelves are see through and not blue tinted. I found it to be more spacious than my previous model of the same height and 60/40 fridge/freezer split, and I think that's down to better use of the available space in terms of the shelves in the fridge and drawers in the freezer. According to the manual, you can remove the drawers from the freezer and just pile the food straight in if you want to fit even more in. An ice cube tray and plastic egg stand are provided.
