Can recommend. As an older lady did worry about all the different programmes but have found it easy to use. Have used the mixed programme more than the others and found it ideal for the loads I personally use. Dryer so far good although it takes longer to dry than my old washer/dryer but obviously the newer machines are more economical to run.

I'm so very pleased with this washer dryer! The last one I bought was meant to be quiet but wasn't, and though it had options I really liked, I decided to leave it behind when I moved house and try this AEG. I'm glad I did! Not only is it super simple to use, but *extremely* quiet - I honestly didn't think it would be at this price point. The clothes are far less wrinkled after a wash and dry than my last machine and it seems to do a good job determining the weight of what's inside. Overall, and after much research on these, I'd highly recommend the Pro-Steam

Great for washing easy to operate. Quiet even in the spin cycle. The dryer takes a bit longer to dry than my last tumble dryer, having said that it is a space saver.

Superb machine. I love the variety of programmes and the dryer is much more efficient than I anticipated . This is quieter than my previous machine - also AEG and did extremely good service. I have no doubt my lovely new machine will do the same.

Very happy with my new washer dryer! It evaluates the load and adjusts the washing time accordingly, which is a really great feature! It also dries the load really well, much better than my previous washer dryer. The super fast 1600 spin speed really helps too if you are not using the drying function as the clothes come out almost dry! I would definitely recommend this machine to anyone!

My 19 year old AEG Lavamat Turbo washer dryer finally died after wearing out its drum bearing and there were no parts available for repair. I obviously chose another AEG and already have been wowed by the faster drum speed to lessen drying and that both washing and drying functions lessen the time if the weight of the load permits. The previous machine only did this for drying. As to drying I always used to choose the total sunshine setting believing this to be the most efficient but decided on the hanging wardrobe function and was amazed that after measuring the load it dried five linen shirts and two long sleeve T-shirts in 39 minutes allowing me to actually wear one straight out of the machine. Incredible being I used to wait over two hours and use far more unnecessary energy. Larger and simplified soap and softener draw is excellent and stops my spilling any soap powder in the softener section. The improved draining screw and nozzle at the bottom of the machine is superb and was so quick. The shallowness to the floor could be improved with AEG providing a shallow recycled plastic tray to gather the water. To install an initiate the operation couldn’t have been easier and I was shocked that I had to do a 95 degree wash but impressed to see a function operate so smoothly even though I will probably ever need it. It did tempt me to remove all of my cushion covers for a fresh steaming but I will save that surprise until next year’s spring cleaning. Choosing the larger size drum has meant that as a single man with two dogs and frequent houseguests I have taken my whites and coloureds wash from every seven days to every ten. I don’t know if this will last 19 years but after two months of use and the temptation just to do washes to see the machine’s capabilities I am amazed at its efficiency and my lower household bills with it. My final improvement to it would only be a louder alarm to tell me the cycle has finished. I suppose that comes about because I am so surprised as to how much it cuts down the load times after weighing. Superb.
