This is a really good vacuum cleaner. Very powerful and well designed (emptying is particularly easy to do) it is far superior to our old Bosch bagless cleaner. It seems to be well made and has all the attachments we need. For the price we paid, it is an absolute bargain. But even at the higher price it would be worth it. We may get a second one as a spare.

I've been using the vacuum for a bit less than 3 weeks now. It's really good on carpet and hard floor. Very easy to clean the box after use.

A very good vacuum cleaner with a few attachments and very valuable variable power dial that allows varied levels of suction.

No complaints. Observations tho. You can moderate suction power by: The power dial, the valve on the handle, or by changing the head. I have found the best combo for carpets by swapping the regular carpet brush head for the alternative one that was included, the one that has two brushes is great for carpets. Mechanism for the cylinder is a cinch. Emptying the cylinder you may want to use gloves or an implement if you don't want to get your fingers dusty - as you may have to pull the dust/hairball out, so in general a bit messier to deal with than a bag version. (this was the same with my other brand bagless). All in all v happy with the purchase.

Brilliant hoover very powerful and very light to move around the house. Also the button to turn down power is a great function ideal for the curtains and sofa I would recommend this hoover to anybody 10/10 I can’t fault anything with hoover brilliant.

Brilliant suction good range of tools swivel head small tool is great for along the top of dvds on my bookshelves long extending metal pole longer than mine so no bending very quiet even on high setting variable suction dial on top of the hoover is great i had one on my old Hoover only fault is the floor head as others said its useless i have the 35mm universal floor head i got for 9.99 for my old hoover . Its perfect now ive ordered a new one for my new hoover brilliant price even paying another 9.99 for a floor head its still a great buy. really really pleased came next day too
