Amazing product from AEG. Purchases from AO.com are always pleasant and without Delay. Being disabled is a problem for me as the suction on some hoovers are too powerful all the time but this little Gem can be adjusted to suit. Does everything without effort and is solid and stylish to boot. Delivery people pete and Helen were most charming too and a pleasure to deal with. All in all a fantastic product and company.

Very good quality product at a great price. Different levels of suction depending on floor type and regardless of this, the volume is very low. Easy to move around and hose is larger than my previous vacuum cleaner. Very pleased with my purchase.

Instructions difficult to follow - all in signs and symbols - no words. Having (possibly) worked out the basics I tried the cleaner and it works well. Pleased with all the attachments. Would have been 5 stars but for having spent time to figure out the instructions.

Excellent bagless vacuum cleaner. It may not be cheap but the build quality is superb. And the suction power is top notch. It’s also good to be able to vary the suction power. It comes with a good range of attachments. Works very well on carpet and wooden floors.
