    Easy to use

Great washer dryer. This replaced a washing machine that broke. The 1 hour wash and dry for a small wash is brilliant.

Great machine but better instructions needed.

    4/5
Great washing performance and it is obviously a powerful machine. Still getting used to using it. Confused about some of the instructions and do not fully understand the user manual. Clothes do not come out fully dry out of the 60 minute wash and dry function. Wash load is 7g but dry is only 4g so should I only wash and dry a 4g load? How do I weigh the clothes in any case?

Looking good so far albeit a small niggle

    5/5
So far so good. Seems nice a quiet. Has a lot of programs compared to our last washer/dryer to getting used to it. Must say I thought 3 hours 40 was a long time for a 90 wash. The manual recommends doing this as your first wash. Slight problem when first using, as the door would not open. Possibly stuck due to being transported. Used the emergency pull but unfortunately that came off when activating it. The door did open but now the pull cord has fallen off and awaiting an engineer to repair/replace. First class service from AO Customer service. Would of it rather not happen but they have sorted a home visit by an engineer in a few days
