Good microwave with lots of useful features

This is so much more than a microwave and makes cooking and heating food an easy option with easy to use controls and also an excellent heating guide, would recommend this microwave to everyone

Excellent microwave so far, lots of functionality yet easy to use. The Slim Fry feature is brilliant, producing crisp chips with just a spoonful of oil. Really chuffed.

Great microwave. Replacement for another brand that we had for 15 years. Loved the look and features of this one and have been happy with all Samsung products we have had previously so thought we would give it a try and are really pleased we did. Would definitely recommend AO for service and price.

Bought in January 2021, used maybe twice a week to heat up soup, most of the buttons have now stopped working and even the clock display is partially defective. Utterly useless with a hopeless user manual. Look on other websites for all the 1* reviews for this obviously faulty product, not fit for purpose! No wonder there is only a 12 month guarantee on it! Not AO fault but maybe they shouldn’t stock it.
