If you buy one item for your kitchen this has to be it! It does everything from making pastry, whisking egg whites, smoothies, chopping vegetables and everything in between. A little on the large size but what holds a lot, holds a little so not a problem really. Would have liked a booklet (or similar) to explain exactly what it can do, but great fun experimenting with different things.Thoroughly recommend for the amateur or experienced.

The appliance itself is really decent quality, the jug is robust with a large capacity and the base is solid. It’s very powerful and takes no time at all to grate/blend/chop etc, even large quantities of food. The noise level is good, manages to be relatively muffled. Easy to clean. There is a huge range of attachments covering every requirement you could have. Most of the attachments come in a small and handy carry case. Only minor gripe is that not all the attachments fit in the case and so it’s not quite as neat to store as some other models may be. All in all, really good quality and expect it to be very long-lasting. I’ve had other Bosch appliances for many years and never an issue with them!

good but started making grinding noise

I bought this multitalant food processor to replace my old one, that I've had 10years plus. I'm very pleased with it, does much more than my old one did and it's quieter. GREAT

Great product, some good accessories... took a while to figure out how to get it working as the instructions aren't very clear, the jug handle needs to be screwed on from the right, not the left. But other than that it works very well once we got it working!

So far I’ve used the graters and slicers both thick and thin sides and it is fab! So easy to use and looks great in my new kitchen. Although the instruction book is one of the most baffling publications I’ve ever read (and I’m usually quite good with manuals), the machine is pretty self explanatory and quick to set up. Love the accessories holder too ...

There was a missing part in the box I received I reported the matter to AO Customer Service and was promised a replacement. However, 10 days later I have still not received a replacement and my request top have the product sent back to AO with a full refund have been ignored. Very disappointed with their service.
