I could be missing out, but the instruction leaflet remains un read. This is so simple to use, with cooking times in multiples of 30 seconds with one push, grabbing a quick snack has never been easier.

I love the look and style of this microwave. The door is a simple ‘pull open’ style and gives easy access to the large interior. It easily swallows a 11 inch plate (28cm) . I have never had a microwave with a grill before so there are many features that I have yet to experience. I did try the ‘combi’ mode (which is the microwave and grill at the same time) for a frozen pizza, I would never have used a microwave for this before but thought I would give it a try with the grill option. The wattage of the microwave (its an 800w unit) is reduced to 600w when using with the grill so I had to increase the time on the microwave to cook the pizza. The grill worked well and the top of the pizza was ‘firm’ like I would have usually cooked it in a conventional oven. I like the way the interior light switches itself off after 5 minutes when the door is left open to cool off after use. The unit has many preset options for cooking food, defrosting food and even has a ‘keep warm’ option (not to be used to reheat food) . Only thing I miss is under the auto-cook option my previous microwave had one for coffee/milk which was ideal for reheating a cup of coffee , I cannot see that on this model.

This is a cracking microwave, so much better than my lost one. It heats everything consistently, even my half drunk coffees. The controls take a little getting used too but easily grasped, plenty of room inside and a good solid feel. All this from a well known manufacturer makes it a no brainer.

I really like this microwave, due to the vast amount of pre programmed settings, for me it makes cooking for a busy family far easier.The microwave itself is a vast improvement on my previous out dated model. One of the main features I like is the keep warm setting, as it allows me to keep everything piping hot before serving. The microwave is very quiet whilst in use which is a big plus for me. The microwave itself was delivered on time and took only moments to set up. It is my first combo microwave and I'm really pleased with how easy the functions are to use, to begin with I was a little overwhelmed with the different features as there are so many but after a few uses I soon got use to the key ones. I love the sleek black finish and it's easy to clean and maintain, the only downside is the interior light is very dim, meaning your unable to see inside the microwave properly whilst cooking so you have to keep reopening the door to check on the food.

Very good. Happy with using it apart from it having a tinted door window. Have to open door to check on things cooking a bit more.

Very satisfied with the microwave itself. Disappointed that the Instruction Manual was inadequate, hence the four star rating. However, I managed to download the full 44 page Manual for a cost of under £.1.50 which cuts all the 'trial and error' which would have been involved,

Seems exactly as advertised and I am pleased with the product. However, could do with a basic user manual!
