Arrived ok. Almost impossible to use full functions without full instruction book which is only on line. As my printer was not working had to rush and buy a new printer (an expensive book). Works well for most things but the combined grill + microwave makes very poor, from frozen, chips. On balance wish I had just got a standard microwave.

Nice design with easy to use function keys. Only used it for a couple of days and so far it works great. 4 out of 5 stars due to the design: 3cm too short to fit a Tilda rice bag ??

Overall happy with this Samsung microwave, didn't want anything to fancy, wasn't really bothered about having the grill function, but this model was only £20 more than the model without. My only negative is, I wish you could see through the door, when something cooking....it's just too dark! Always had good service from AO, so no complaints there.

Good microwave. Only con is that you can't see in microwave when in use.

It looks nice. Microwave function works perfect, melted cheese on bread ready in just a minute. I have tried the grill on holoumi cheese and works too but it was a bit slow to get the brown colour. Rated 4 stars for me because I chose this microwave oven for the extra grill function. I haven't had the chance to use the hot wave function and the hot wave + microwave function which I think makes this oven the best priced combi oven. It is big enough to fit a 32cm pyrex square tray. 35 auto cook programs which I am curious to try, the auto-cook guide on the edge of the microwave could be improved though as it was tiny and very hard to read and so you need to keep the manual.

Good microwave. The grill is sufficient for things like cheese on toast or bacon/sausages and certainly suits my needs. The controls are simple to use. A brighter internal light would have been preferable but overall I'm happy with my purchase.

Grill is really good .. microwave heats evenly ...user friendly ,easy to keep clean and the choice of colours is good ..,

The microwave option only goes up to 800watts. The grill option is good however the metal stand is not very secure. When grilling the food is required to be quite high inside the microwae. Altogether I'm satisfied with the product.
