Great phone at best price, wife very pleased

I find this as a great improvement on previous iPhones. The shape is a lot more ergonomic, and has a stunning finish with the mint green. The IOS is a joy to use and is incredibly intuitive. It was delivered within 24 hours with no issues what so ever. very happy.

Fast delivery, easy to use

Decided to upgrade from iPhone 7 after many year - thought I should go for the Pro Max - given the spec and screen size - but the 12 is brilliant as it is. Super quick to get set up from get-go, only extra effort was setting up the biometrics and security for certain apps. Love the ability to change without having to faff around with a cable - just “pop it on the hot-plate and off you go”.

The product is exactly what I wanted! And I got to be one of the first with a purple iPhone 12 which is an added bonus! Really amazed at AO for having this item in stock so quickly from the first day (and believe it even had a pre order feature!). The camera is amazing, with the duel rear facing cameras. The phone is light weight and sleek, and comes in a beautiful shade of my favourite colour - purple! The responsiveness is phenomenal and I am very happy to have upgrade iPhones! 10/10 would recommend! Really proud of myself to be able to get this phone, as I was stuck in a position 2.5 years ago we’re I couldn’t afford myself a phone when my last iPhone broke down and lost all my work number - and being a private carer this was vital! And I am now at a point in my career where I can get the items I not only need but want! Thank you AO!

This is a wonderful piece of stylish equipment to look at and to use. It's sleek, the screen is crystal clear and sharp and the functionality is phenomenal. My one minor quibble is, there is no user guide included with the product. There are several variants available online but I haven't found anything yet which comes close to being a free fully comprehensive user guide. There are some options to buy guides. Even so, this doesn't detract from the phone so it still get a 5 out of 5 from me.

Excellent phone but in particular the new purple colour looks amazing!
