Nice sized microwave, not as pwerful as old one but not a problem, very loud beeping! Looks matt in photos but is actually quite glossy.

Its simple but functions well, I am happy with it. No problems and it heats food quickly.

Overall it works well. Does the job and has good features. Fits well with dark / blue themed kitchens. I dropped 1 star because the controls are bit difficult and not very intuitive. They decided not to have numbers on the selection menu, which made things quite difficult. There is a ladder diagram logic but simple numbers would have been easier.

The microwave will not sit flat on any surface and constantly wobbles. The controls are not very intuitive and the clock randomly resets. This is our first and probably last Samsung product

Excellent microwave, much shinier than it looks in the pictures but the charcoal grey is very classy looking (as microwaves go) and in my opinion much nicer than tacky plastic, chrome or button/dial laden fascias. It's also pretty quiet, well put together and it's two button presses to quickly get something heating up. Not come across any negatives yet!

Great product,exact match with our other Samsung appliances.
