We were looking for a no frills microwave. Further, we wanted the reassurance of a renowned quality brand. The quality of this appliance is obvious. The second year of warranty is a very welcome and comforting bonus. We moved from another top branded manufacturer but had problems that necessitated replacement of a washing machine, tumble drier, microwave and television. We’ve chosen Samsung to re-equip our home and are thoroughly delighted.

Good microwave, lots of functions I will never use!

Delivery really prompt and great communication, also 5*to delivery driver who also carried it in for me which he wasn't obliged too. So impressed with my product it's perfect. Better than I thought some great extra programmes I wasn't aware about.

I do like the new microwave but have to get using it as the one we had was the old type which was a clock timer bought around 1985 &this one is completely different.
