Second one I have purchased as other has been borrowed by son!! Easy to use and (for me) comfortable to hold and depress switch. Ease of cleaning and ability to put the cutting tool in dishwasher if required. Good value.

I was expecting this to be cordless. It isn’t. Cheaper corded blenders available. AO offered to let me return it or accept a £10 goodwill gesture. I accepted the latter as too much hassle to return and I needed a blender. I am still searching for a cordless one at a reasonable price.

Seems well made and sturdy. Nice and comfortable to use. Strong motor which has the power to cope with any task.

Simple design, no fuss, no bells or whistles just a very efficient hand blender. It feels like good quality, nice and sturdy certainly compared to my old one (some cheap brand) which basically shook itself to bits in no time. The cup it comes with is perfect for smoothies but I like that it doesn't come with anything else because frankly they'd never get used and would just take up space! It's been making very short work of soups and sauces too and its easy to clean and store. It hasn't got any sort of turbo or adjustable speed, but I don't think it needs it! Very pleased with it and would definitely recommend.
