This is a great product, easy to use and stylish.

This washer dryer has been a great disappointment ?? . First thing I noticed was how loud it is compared to my previous appliance. Especially when it fills with water and the spin. The washing programmes take significantly longer than indicated on the display- this is both impractical as it doesn’t allow for planning and costly because the appliance runs for longer. The spin is unsatisfactory and leaves clothes noticeably damper than my previous washer dryer is. Worst of all is the dryer. The programmes with selected length of time don’t actually work at all - the time just counts down without the dryer turning on. The pre-programmed options A1, A2, A3 take far too long (5+ hours) and only start drying after about 15 minutes when the timer just counts down.

Instructions not clear dryer not the best and takes hours to do normal wash bit disappointed

We've had this machine for 3 months now, and it's fair to say I regret buying it. The wash cycles are so long - 3x longer than our previous machine. We use reusable baby wipes and they have all disintegrated in the short time we've had this machine, filling it up with white fluff, which then covers any subsequent washes in it. We've totally given up on the dryer function as I've found blowing on my clothes to be quicker. Hotpoint have sent out engineers who've acknowledged that it shouldn't be happening, but as there's no mechanical fault nothing is being done. We've tried any number of different modes, temperatures, rapid cycles etc, and nothing helps. Don't waste your money. Next time I don't think I'll bother with a washer/dryer, and I certainly won't be buying a Hotpoint

Such an improvement on my previous washer dryer. Really quiet efficient and easy to use.

Happy with item but dryer could be better.

I absolutely love my washer/dryer it has made my life so much easier now considering we moved to a smaller place (2 bed bungalow) where we can longer fit in our tumble dryer from our old 4 bedroom house, if anyone is thinking of getting one I’d highly recommend getting one if only to use the dryer part for underwear and bedding and towels

The washer/dryer looks good and performs well too. Wish the programmes were a bit quicker that's the only thing.
