Amazing. I love it. Huge drum. Nice and quiet. Easy to empty water and filters. Excellent purchase!

Not got owt to compare it to. My builder was impressed with it and I've no complaints with Its 11Kg drum and plenty programmes to chose from.

Perfect size for us, fits neatly into the cupboard space we have in the new kitchen. Program times a lot lower than we thought which is a bonus. Though it may be because we’re still getting used to the machine, some items still come out damp so we put these through again.

Terrible product. Bought it to use for an AirBnB and it just doesn't dry anything. Towels take 6 hours, bedding gets turned into a big sausage and creases everything and takes hours and hours to dry. Cant believe this is sold as an A++ rated item

It looks very nice.. I like how the water collects in the container on the door and is easy to empty. Lots of programs but not idea what any of them do as there was no manual explaining these. There was no operation manual at all so we had to find and download one. The water collector does not stay on the door.. it is incredibly hard to get it in securely and it falls out when the door is opened after a cycle.. I have had it 2 months and it is broken already after it fell on my head and then to the floor. It is on a worksurface but it would have broken if it was at floor level because it is brittle hard plastic. It takes HOURS to dry a half load.. I have an 8kg vented dryer too and put a load in each.. Underwear, tshirts, leggings etc.. heavy items go on the airers.. the vented load was dry within 45 mintutes, the load in the heat pump dryer was still damp after 3.5 hours so went in the vented dryer and was dry in 10 minutes. It may be cheaper per hour but when it has to run 3 or 4 times the amount of time it is not cheaper at all and just a gimmick. Normally I will put a load in the vented dryer and it is finished by the time my washing machine has completed its cycle so I just swap loads over I am unable to do this with the heat pump dryer. The filters are easy to get out and clean and replace. The capacity is great. I have an 11 person household so a lot of laundry and it is great for capacity. Delivery from AO was as always easy and the delivery people were helpful and I love how one is always friendly and chatty and the other grunts and waits in the van.. every time.. a perfect pairing!

One of the best tumble dryers I have ever bought

This is my first heat pump tumble dryer. I purchased as it’s A star rated on energy usage, to minimise the cost of running it. It is 11kg I chose this after researching that clothes, bedding, towels will dry quicker if they have space, my last dryer was an 8kg and I was constantly having to pull out the washing and move it about. Lots of programmes but you get used to what to use once you understand the instructions. It’s more slimline as the door doesn’t stick out like my last dryer. Water collects in a clear container inside the door so easily accessible to empty after each cycle. The lint filter is in the rim of the door too. For me it is no noisier than my last dryer. Beeps at end of cycle and reminds you to clean the filter. Very happy. Worth the extra money due to the energy usage rating.
