This was my 2nd choice of cooker hood after the first one I ordered.. Leisure Patricia Urquiola extractor was delivered and then didn't work. This looks the part and does the job well although it is much noisier than we believed it to be @ an advertised 62db. Having said that..all in all, it looks lovely, does the job and is easy to use. Just don't try and listen to the radio, tv or have a conversation whilst its on full boost mode!!

I scoured the internet for the best rated and best value product and this, from AO.com ticked every box. It looks very smart (although still boxed). Looking forward to getting it installed in our new kitchen.

The boss took her time and checked out reviews of many different extractors. Once she had made her decision we went to AO as we knew the prices are very competitive and best of all they deliver to suit your busy schedule. The extractor is excellent and many orders of magnitude better than the one it has replaced. The super cooking smells especially fish to which I am partial are now shot out of the kitchen efficiently and effectively letting all around know how well I am eating, but no longer lingering in the house to remind me what I was eating the day before. Boss is very pleased, so good enough for me .

Beautiful design, powerful, quiet, modern.... everything what I wanted. It is a bit expensive but its worth every penny

Fantastic. If you have a big range cooker or open plan kitchen, then you need one of these. 1. Unboxing. It comes in a really tough industrial shrink wrap, which is good for protecting it from scratches, but can be very hard to remove especially from the seams. Remove that as late as possible in the installation. 2. Looks. It looks stunning and makes the whole kitchen look much more classy when done. The black glass touch panel and flat, slim lines make it look far better than most of those bulky, pyramid shaped hoods. 3. Function. Works like a dream. The previous cooker hood was a bodged installation by previous owner and left every room in the house smelling of food no matter what was being cooked. This hood is a powerhouse and just sweeps away all cooking smells at source. Very important however that you install it with the manufacturer's recommended size of duct (150mm) if you want that kind of performance. Using smaller ducting as so many installers do, will just be a waste of money because it will choke off the flow of air and increase the noise. The lights are LED and provide excellent illumination. 4. Reliability? Too early to say, but it comes with a good warranty. 5. Downsides? None so far.

This is a very well made cooker hood and it looks good in our modern kitchen. The fitting instructions are confusing and I think that the method of securing the appliance to the wall should be redesigned to make it easier to adjust the level. The flaps of the anti-blowback valve are difficult to fit correctly so make sure you do it before mounting the hood on the wall. Once fitted it works well and is not too noisy and the LED lights are very good as are the touch controls on the front panel. Our kitchen does not have a particularly low ceiling but the sections of the stainless steel chimney are too long to fit between the top of the hood and the ceiling. I'll have to cut both of them to make them fit as suggested in the graphic-only instructions. Samsung should have made the chimney in three section instead of two to avoid this problem. the fitting instructions need to be rewritten with clearer illustrations and some text for clarity.
