We weren't quite sure whether it's worth to spend almost £500 on a microwave... But it's quite a thing... You can't make everything in it - but it's convenient, does a great job at reheating meals (and steam makes it slightly better than just an over or just a microwave), the combination of all methods really does the job to my surprise... But it's not perfect. For starters it's confusing when you can use different trays and trivets - so you really have to check the manual or make a note next to it. Sometimes it's confusing as well - program clearly states to put metal wire tray in despite the microwaves being used... (I know - I've watched the thing for 20 minutes just to make sure it doesn't spark - and it didn't) - and it's pretty BIG... But looks nice, does the job, and AO did a great job at handling a broken glass tray - simply replaced the whole unit next day. Generally pleased - but it's only been a couple of weeks.

I'm very impressed with the microwave. It is supper quiet just noise of a fan. When on. And excellent grill, heats up quick. Pull down door always handy. I mean from my old to this no contest. Excellent product.

Replacing the previous model after more than a decade of constant use. This seems fine and is smaller than the previous one despite having the same internal space - due to moving the controls onto the door panel! It’s excellent and the whole family loves it, especially as they haven’t had to learn a new machine

Very quite, no rotating tray and absolutely quick heatup of food. Really love it.

Excellent combination microwave would not hesitate to recommend it.

Like for like replacement. The old one had given many years of almost daily service so choosing a replacement was a no brainer and the new one is even better with the updated steamer system and easier to clean interior. I just love it.
