Has done everything I wanted it to do, and I find it easier to use than one with more bells and whistles. Easy to access, to keep clean, and to operate. Having a paper manual is perfect since I don't keep my computer in the kitchen. I am a very happy customer.

The oven is a quality product , well constructed with strong materials. The input panel is easy to use and the four different cooking options mean that I can cook a meal for half the cost of the full sized oven and faster . Winner , Winner. .

Sadly I'm very unhappy with this, my 4th Panasonic microwave. No clock, no paper manual (I don't keep my computer in my kitchen). I find the ^v functions are so fast they are impossible to control meaning constant resetting, too many button presses just to start cooking. Icons are very faint and hard to see, and have no tactile response so I can't tell when my finger is in the right place - which it often is not. Cooking guidelines are too specific and don't include many of the things I cook. My 450g pizza came out cristalline because I could not make an educated guess as to how to modify the manual suggestion. Microwave distribution is uneven (my mini buns came out varying from far too hot to cold). My morning cofee now takes 4.30 to 5.10 mins to heat after previously only taking 2.45. The fan does not keep the door-window clear of condensation so visual inspection is impossible, which has never previously been a problem. Sadly I'm sending it back.

Brilliant combi oven, compact, well designed and quiet.

Panasonic Compact NN-DF38PBBPQ Freestanding Small Combination Microwave Oven. Exactly as described. Easy to operate. The underside of the oven gets VERY VERY HOT!

This is my second Panasonic oven as I won't buy anything else the size is perfect the usability is wonderful very easy to use and is almost silent when in use.
