Our previous microwave was a wedding present and lasted 22 years, so we are hoping that this will last as long. It is nowhere near as heavy but appears to have be well made. It is also quieter even though it is more powerful and so cooks food more quickly. Not having a rotating plate means that it is easier to get things in and out and larger dishes can be used- an excellent feature. There are loads of different programmes, most of which we haven't and probably won't use! The only thing missing is the message our old microwave used to display when it had finished: "Enjoy your meal". But overall, a very worthy successor.

I wasn’t sure if the flatbed would be as good as the conventional turntable microwave but it has exceeded expectations. No more decanting food from a large dish to smaller ones to reheat. Good reliable make. Really pleased with it.

Simple microwave with no turntable so can put more in it. Bought this to replace an a multi purpose microwave oven as we only ever used the microwave. It works well, is simple to use and basically does what it says on the tin.

This is just what I was looking for when my trusty old microwave finally broke down after 34 years. The old one didn’t have a turntable and I wanted the same again. This one has a lovely big interior that you can fit rectangular dishes in. It’s very easy to clean - just a wipe around needed. The only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is that the light bulb is very dim, so it’s hard to see the contents when cooking.

Our old Panasonic Microwave finally gave up the ghost after many faithful years of service. We chose this one as its is nice and big (like the last one) and is even better as it has a flat bed (ie no rotating turntable) so we can get even bigger dishes in!
