Really quiet and well built machine. Plenty or programmes just a little dismayed that only the long 3hr washes allow you to use the 1400 spin

Slight issue with the washer when I used it for the first time as something was stuck on the rubber, a phone call to technical and issue was resolved. Brilliant service and I'm impressed with the washer so far :) xx

Only had this a few days and wow it’s actually a really good washing machine , quick wash , it doesn’t actually make a noise when spinning unlike my old washing machine that would take off , it does what it says , would definitely recommend

Lovely spacious drum, can get king size bedding, two large towels plus a few other pieces in and they wash well. Love the 45 minute full load setting. Very pleased with product. Looks nice and modern.

Loving our new Hotpoint 10kg washing machine. It was always annoying having to leave the last few items out of a wash as you felt it would be too much. Or then squeezing the last few items in, so you’r not then left with not enough for another load knowing everything is still getting a proper wash feels so good! It also makes washing bedding items and blankets so much easier and quicker! We went for the Hotpoint as we already had a Hotpoint condenser dryer which we also love so much!

We’ve had this model for 6 months and it’s broken twice. It’s not been working for 10 days currently which with 2 children is a nightmare. So if anything goes wrong hotpoint are never in a rush to fix it. They also try and sell you extra cover every time you ring them which is a joy. When it is working it resembles a Persian cat. Often clothes come out sodden and the instructions say it needs a mix of smaller and larger clothes items to weigh up the spin cycle. My old washing machine just worked and we had it for 12 years. I never really had to think about it. There’s not a day that goes by where I don’t miss my old machine. This one feels like you need to sit a PHD to get the best cycle, and at the moment it won’t even turn on. I’d avoid unless you enjoy stress
