    Cycles are way too long

    Very long washes. Not many 1400 spin cycles. Drawer hard to get out to clean. Not that impressed.

    A good replacement for old machine long last it's best Large capacity which copes with the quantities of laundry we generate.It is relatively quiet in operation and the selection of programmes available makes it easy to get the best results. I was pleased to be able to find a washer which matched my other appliances.

    Bought this appliance, best buy ever, so good Bought another one for our daughter in law ,she loves it ,only thing I need to ask is ,how do you remove the the detergent dispenser ( broken my wrist and find it awkward to use),any suggestions ?? ?? other than that I'm delighted ??

    Fantastic product it’s it’s an upgraded version of my previous one which lasted well over 20 years so hopefully this one does the same would highly recommend great product

    Was worried about Hotpoint as they have been linked to.fires in the past but I'm assuming those issues have been fixed. The price was good, 10kg loading is great for duvets (there's even a duvet setting), and the quality of the product seems to be excellent compared with our old Beko. Clothes come out very clean. The spin cycle is quiet, too. Impressed so far.
