Knocks the socks off our old condenser, and absolutely cheaper to run. The A+++ rating is based on the cotton cycle that we can't use though, not sure what it would be on mixed or wool. Love that it tells me when bottom filter needs doing. Hoping to plumb it to the drain soon so won't need to empty water.

Great quiet dryer.

This has been my best ever buy. Never thought I would be excited about a tumble drier. Beautifully quiet, reduces our carbon footprint and incredibly efficient. Love the fact it doesn't need to be plumbed in so you can put it anywhere in the home. We'll worth the price.

I’ve never had a tumble dryer before this one. I did my research and this one seemed perfect. I have been using it a little over a week and it is amazing. It has so many functions on and I find it dries my clothes quicker than anticipated sometimes. Working full time I find it so much easier to set this to finish when I’m home. I love it! I would recommend this dryer to anyone!

This Tumble Dryer was so simple to install, looks smart and is amazingly quiet. As its a heat pump tumble dryer you know that its not going to cost a fortune to use.

Looks smart. More functionality than we expected. Didn’t dry the first load on Eco setting. Did fine on cotton setting.

We've had the product a week, so far so good.

The next day delivery was impressive. All arrive and installed as planned. First use of the machine also impressive, quiet, it took quite a long time but we were in no hurry. The first four loads were fine, then on the fifth load, just three days after delivery, the dryer gave a huge whirring noise and two error codes. It now doesn't work at all. Not impressive! On the day it failed I got on to the AO website to find absolutely no after sales services, instead only a referral to the manufacturer, Hotpoint. To be fair to them, Hotpoint sending an engineer but not until next week, but having spent £500+ on a tumble dryer I had expected that it would last longer than 3 days! I do think that AO should be more responsible for the faulty goods, not just palm it off to the manufacturer. No scope for asking for a refund! I await with interest to see what becomes of Hotpoint's service.
