Have two of these ovens side by side, they are really easy to use and have a simple display system and a nice look to them, the blue inside is also a nice touch which I didn't realise before buying them. The oven is also really quiet when running and you can barely hear it. The smart features of the oven are simple and work reliably if this is something you are interested in, you can only prepare programs from the ovens and not start them remotely due to safety reasons but there is an option on the ovens to enable remote operations once started enabling you to change the temperature and even stop the ovens work. One of the best features of the app is being able to set the side remotely to the current time as that's always annoying on an oven! Couple of things to note: 1. We originally bought two ovens and one of them was damaged by the manufacturing process that left dents on the front panel, AO swapped this in 2 days no questions asked so that was great 2. The oven IS 16 Amps and requires wiring in and has no plug on it, so you may require to get an electrician in to fit this depending on your kitchen (we had a new extension built so that was required to get it approved)

This product looks great and is generally easy to use. Has built in WIFI , which is not really that useful, except for setting the time from your mobile phone! Also beeps/chimes a lot and can't work out how to turn that off.

Decent, though only 1 shelf

Unfortunately there are only poor things to say about this oven... It does not come with a wire rack in the grill tray. It plays an awful tune when preheating is complete and repeats it for several minutes. There is on option to permanently silence this, but there is no visual indication on the front panel, so utterly useless. The SmartThings App cannot be used to cook food, which is an odd usability miss on Samsung's part, especially as half the marketing is about this. You can select a cooking mode, temperature and timer, but the timer starts immediately, not allowing the oven to preheat. And there is no preheat option in the app. Oh, and you cannot use the app in any way (like to get the next cooking task set up) whilst the oven is on.

great product cooks really well and has a lot of functions

Bought this as we are extending our kitchen, we already have a similar Samsung dual cooker so went for one that matched, great cookers easy to use

Pretty good so far, taken a little longer to get used to timings etc, oven markings could be a little bigger but on the whole quite impressed so far For the price it offer a lot, better than competitors around the same price Loving the smart app connection very cool

Samsungs SmartThings appliances are generally impressive, but this oven suffers from poorly thought out app control. I hoped to be able to program the oven and start pre-heating remotely and only have to attend the oven when it is ready to be loaded. For some reason, it rings an alarm on the oven when up to temperature and this alarm does not silence when you open and close the door, it does however send a notification on the app that the door is open so it does have a door sensor which could have been used to silence the sounder. Another complaint is that advertising and product literature talks about and illustrates appliance and app features not present for this particular model. It is very hard to be confident what to expect from the numerous different models which are very similar in everything except price.
