Beautiful laptop, easy to use, very quick to do everything and I seem to have picked it all up quite quickly. easy to get going on gmail, and I love all the new features on windows 11 that makes things easier to do. All files transferred easily over from old laptop. This laptop is so quick, very quiet and a joy to learn to use at nearly 70 yrs old. I do miss a dvd/cd drive but that is easy to rectify as I just have to buy an external one and plug it in and go. Great price, brilliant laptop thank you Acer.. Thank you.

Good laptop for general use like emails and surfing the net. It runs Windows Home 11s not as it states Window Home 11. It only runs Windows apps unless you sign out of the secure version if you want to run other apps.Other than that i find it a good laptop fast enough to do everyday items .It will handle simple games

Very clear keyboard and a bigger screen than my old one ,perfect for Grandma and Grandson now he can do his homework under supervision no more games till he's finished xxx

Fab laptop with more than enough storage. Really light compared to my old Toshiba! Fantastic clean look and very impressed. Also had dealings with customer services as I originally ordered the incorrect one, they sorted the collection and replacement for a day later and were so helpful. Will definitely be purchasing from AO in the future
