The TV was very easy to physically set up. It's very lightweight and thin so it was easy to unpack, add the legs and put in place. There are more than enough connection points and the cables are hidden from view with slots in the legs and a cover so it looks very neat.
There is no user manual but I found it straightforward to set up following the instructions on the screen and generally just playing around with various options. As well as working in the way you would expect the remote also acts as a pointer at certain options which is very useful.
The picture quality is really good - it's clear, vibrant and has wonderful definition with stunning colours and contracts. At some points the picture lacks brightness but generally I haven't found that to be a problem.
The sound is good. There are occasions when it seems a little weak but there are various options which can help to adjust the sound quality and overall I'm satisfied with the sound.
Initially I intended to buy a lower price range TV but LG has been a very reliable brand for me in the past and being able to extend the warranty till 2030 helps me believe that this TV will have the longevity that my previous LG TV did and so in the long run will represent good value.
