Brilliant cleaner - light and very easy to use and cleans well

Easy to use, not to heavy. Being able to flip the head and generate steam burst is a great feature. Highly recommend.

The best steam cleaner I've had so far, it's extremely agile, which I'm not!!! Even after my floors had been mopped with bleach, one quick mop with the Shark, and the mop head was filthy - on both sides!!! I ordered extra pads, but, as they're so quickly popped into the washing machine, I probably didn't need to, as the Shark comes with two. Highly recommend, especially as I don't like using chemicals in my home.

I was recommended this product and it lived up too all of those. Cleans well, love the flip easy to use and remove cloth. Happy with my purchase, price and next day delivery was an added bonus.

I have been without a steam mop for a while, as the previous one was really quite disappointing. Well, decided to try a new one, and the Shark certainly is totally different and I was very pleased with the ease of use and cleaning ability. Very pleased with my purchase.
