    A Great Fridge Freezer at a good price

    I love this fridge freezer! I was a bit worried at first with having 2 bottom drawers as the freezer space but they are brilliant, the bottom one is really deep and can hold quite a bit. the top is also roomy with lots of space. i particularly like to slide back top on the top drawer which acts as a tray for smaller items, ice cubes, lollies, ice packs etc The fridge is a good size, again I was a bit worried it being smaller than my old one however it feels bigger inside as the shelves are deeper so they hold just as much. i managed to get all my Christmas food in there with room to spare! I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it. it was also a great price.

    Misleading product pictures and incomplete description

    Bit disappointed with my first ever experience with AO as 5 star member. I liked the split/ foldable shelf and wine bottle rack feature as shown in the product pictures. However, it doesn't come as standard. I only found that out when product was delivered and both features were missing, phoned customer service to confirm and was told these are the accessories to be purchased as extras directly from the manufacturer. No where in the description it mention that these 2 features are extras and i find it misleading. As an online customer, we buy products based on pictures and descriptions provided on vendor websites and if the info provided is not correct to start with, it will always leave customer with disappointment post product delivery and moreover dissatisfaction if customer services can not do anything about it other than an apology.

    This is a fabulous No Frost fridge freezer, that not only looks smart but works well too. I love the freezer draws. And there’s a brilliant bright light to see all of your goodies in the fridge.
