I'm hoping it's going to work as it's a Christmas pressie for my son so I'm not going to know until the big day. It came from AO very quickly but the box was squashed really badly. This is not the fault of AO but the courier they used. So AO I'll let you know on December 25th

Beautifully designed charging stand.

Uses a magnetic connection to charge the controllers which makes it easy to add or remove controllers and reduces the risk of pins getting snapped in the bottom of the controller if the dock were to fall of your TV stand etc. I like the fact that it plugs into a socket as opposed to a usb, it makes it easier to position on an entertainment center and frees up USB slots on your PS5 for headphone dongles and external hard drives. Arguably a must buy if you have more than one controller, the product is built with typical Sony quality. The dock features an automatic power cut off so there shouldn't be a risk of overcharging the battery, and as it is powered externally you can leave a controller to charge overnight or whilst you're at work and it'll be ready for you when you need it.

Great little addition to ps5 system

I really like with this charging station and there are some nice improvements from the official PS4 version. The controllers easily connect to the unit with satisfying magnetic click, much less fiddley than its predecessor. The dock itself is made of the same material and detailing as on the console and controller, and looks great. Most importantly it works without issue.
