The installers fingerprints are all over the cooker & very difficult near impossible to remove , otherwise the overall cooker is satisfactory.

The guys who installed the cooker were amazing, I have been using the cooker for about a week now and it's amazing I have tried out every hob and grilled baked and cooked on it absolutely amazing.

Made up with are range master. Finishers of are kitchen perfect. We had it delivered just over a week ago and the specification on it brilliant. Good for big families and entertaining, or for people who just love to bake as it has to ovens and a sperate grill. The five burner top looks stylish and sophisticated, also comes with a hot top on the side for cooking a lovely breakfast. I would highly recommend this product. I am really happy with my Range master professional deluxe just what a kitchen needs.??

So far have been very impressed with the Professional Deluxe Rangemaster. The rapid heat element in the oven is great for warming the oven quickly, when just needing it for 10 mins to reheat food. Love the hot plate on top, with the electric element underneath means a nice even spread of heat - perfect for eggs, bacon etc. Easy to use, gas ring elements all ignited from their own button so one handed turn on. Great large cooking ring, with the added advantage of a wok cradle. Still need to use the roasting tray in the main oven, but like the idea of it swinging out with the door. Very easy to clean too. We were looking at a different model but I am so glad we spent just a little bit more and bought this model. Everything is easy to use on it and looks amazing for a mid range value range cooker.

We were let down by another online retailer in the midst of a kitchen renovation and needed this cooker quickly ... AO provided what can only be described as first class customer service! Albeit they weren't the cheapest, the cooker was ordered and delivered within 24 hours. Following the purchase we received a call from customer service at AO to confirm the order details, were we happy with everything and to go over available insurance plans and delivery details. The delivery team were very polite and kept to social distancing requirements. All in all an experience of what customer service should be like! Much appreciated AO! (Also, the cooker was as described and delivered in perfect condition).

The cooker works fines and feels well made. Our only complaint is that it takes a while for the hob to light up. AO installers were not good though. They scratched our floor quite badly in multiple places and left without apology. No post instal comms from AO either.
