I haven’t installed the hood yet so I can’t comment. It looks sleek and easy to use. However, the customer service at AO is excellent!

Faulty useless product

Shocking product. Cooker hood arrived faulty. Initially lights didnt work straight out the box , but then also i faound The product has very little suction Avoid it its useless.

The glass panel at the front is barely held on with anything, so it can be knocked off just by cleaning it. Not great above a hob. It is also too loud. Hotpoint have the worst service of any company I have ever used, if you have any problems
