I was a bit dubious of getting a range as it was replacing a good Bosch built under oven. This is fantastic though! The cream colour is actually more of a creamy champagne colour, a slight hint of green that I wasn't expecting, but looks great having got used to it. Fab oven, recomended

The ovens are excellent and the gas hobs work really well so why did Rangemaster fit such a terrible grill. It's not even a cheap cooker so they can't use that excuses. There are two things wrong with the grill. First, the grill pan sits on a fancy telescopic frame so it slides in and out easily. But it means the grill pan is too high so there's not enough clearance when grilling anything thick, like a decent burger, and you can't adjust the height of the pan. Secondly, the controls look like you should be able to adjust the temperature in stages from low up to full. In reality it has two settings. If you have the control anywhere except on full the grill will be just on (enough to gently warm your bacon). Then when it clicks onto setting 3 on the dial it is on full. So much for variable control!

Having had to replace the heating element 4 times on my last range cooker I vowed that the next time it failed I'd buy a new one. After quite a bit of research I settled on the Rangemaster Professional Plus 90. It is 10 cm narrower than my old range however, because of the different oven configuration I find this combo more useful. The ovens heat up very quickly and also hold their heat when turned off so you can keep stuff warm without the need for power if you need to for quite a while before the oven cools too much - great! My only niggle (and it is a tiny one) is the FSD (Flame Safety Device) which is a wonderful idea however means you have to use 2 hands to light a gas flame as you need to hold down the burner button for up to 10 seconds whilst pressing the ignition button (which is at one end of all the burner controls). If you let go of the burner button before the device is warm enough the flame goes out and the gas shuts off. If you have limited use of both hands you might find this a bit of a challenge for you or if like me you tend to do more than one thing at once list stirring another pan whilst lighting an additional gas burner you'll have to stop one to do the other.

Had this range for two years, expecting top quality from this brand. The multi-function oven is good and heats up v quickly. After several months the chrome bezels on most of the knobs cracked, replaced under warranty. I agree with other review about the grill being too high and non-adjustable - poor design, and the knobs are ridiculously difficult to read as the symbols printed on the chrome bezels are tiny and have poor contrast. The internals are exactly the same as the majority of cookers out there so you are paying for the name with this cooker but not getting exceptional quality.

Did a lot of research on Range cookers and this fit the bill. Looks very impressive, high quality finish and visuals. Very good to use as well the 5 burners are spread out very well and the 3 ovens mean cooking for the family is great! Pricey but then good quality. Recommended.

I agree wholeheartedly about comments made about the grill BUT what I find even more disappointing is the first review was written in 2013. This is a design fault and yet Rangemaster have done nothing about it. I purchased my Rangemaster in December 2015.

We looked long and hard to find the right Rangemaster for us and we are not disappointed with our choice. The cooker is easy to use and the gas shut off valves are a godsend as my 2 year old likes to turn the knobs. The inside of the doors are easy to clean too. You will not be disappointed with this cooker.
