Brilliant item giving three options to cook with Micro, Grill and convection oven. Perfect for our small household. Love the flat bed as it allows you to use larger dishes to cook with. Would highly recommend changing to flat bed Microwave. AO stated delivery time slot and kept to it no time wasted on my part hanging around for delivery, great service

We are very happy with our purchase.....& I love the pull down door, it's so convnient for me. Never had a microwave without a turntable but it cooks absolutely fine! Tech moves on! Not found any downside so far.
