Fantastic appliance. Whole family really happy with it. It looks good and so far works really well.

Best fridge/ freezer we have ever own. Looks great, very sleek and stylish but has loads of room inside and the beverage centre is an added bonus.

I bought this Samsung Series 9 American-style fridge freezer, and paid extra for AO to remove and recycle my old fridge (which they did) and to connect my new fridge freezer. When they arrived they (a) did not know what the product was (b) had no idea how to connect it and (c) said they could not connect it as there was no open, available water supply (like a hose-pipe tap)(!). Even though there 3 of them, they left 5 mins after arriving saying "We cannot connect it". So don't book and pay for the AO.com connection service - it is a con. They owe me a refund (another 30 mins on the phone presumably). Not happy - I'll buy from somewhere else next time.

Great fridge / freezer. Freezer unit is huge and ice compartment for different size cubes is great. Fridge and water station is fantastic, we wanted a solution for not having to drink Softened water and the jug works for this.

This fridge freezer is amazing, we have had it for over two weeks and noticed the difference in running costs, it uses about half the electric. Love the quick access door, makes it easy to grab a small milk without opening the main door. It is very well illuminated not only in the fridge but also in the freezer. A/O were next day delivery, and the two delivery guys were so helpful. In all extremely happy with this unit.

Like the water dispenser, ice box , metal can shelf great for beer cans. I even like the colour

Amazing Fridge, there is no question about that - but better still are the delivery team. Without any hesitation they picked this up and manoeuvred it into the house so fast, without any fuss.. Trust me when you receive yours and you experience how heavy it is you will equally be as impressed! Do double check the route of entry, its bulky.
