Lovely product, sturdy, well made and all the functionality you could wish for. AO's delivery men were very pleasant and delivered it to our steeply sloping property without complaint and with ease. Brilliant. Would recommend AO.

Lovely product, works well... only thing I would mention is that it isn't obvious (or in the user guide) how you operate the small grill. Clearer instructions would be good. (For info. You have to switch the small oven to Grill on one control, which is pretty obvious, but then the temp control for the grill is on another control which isn't mentioned at all in the user guide, and is on the other side of the unit, so not obvious at all). Other than that, works really well. Plenty of space, does what it should and looks good too.

This is a great cooker, there is plenty of room on the hob even with the wok sitting in the middle. The ovens cook evenly and I love the multi function facilities enabling simple selection for actions like bread proving or cooking Piza. A couple of things I would improve upon are the markings on the control knobs are not easy to read unless the lighting is correct which means having to your head about to see them correctly. Also the fact that you have to use two knobs for the main oven functions and the grill can be a little confusing. I'm sure I will get used to these issues so not a major problem.

We have had a leisure range cooker for years a d it’s never been good so replaces it with this stoves Richmond it’s a amazing the best choice we have made a nod thecservice from ao has been excellent can’t fault it time and time again

Looks so nice n sturdy. Delivery and booking excellent as usual. Does smell when each oven used first time, baked lovely! I need to sit down n read all the instructions properly. Colour goes nice with white kitchen units. Nice that the old cooker was taken away too

Cooks food really well & quickly. 4 rather than 5 star rating is that despite the modern appearance it still has a vintage look about it and the chrome handle at the front doesn’t really serve a purpose. Would have preferred a different model but this was the only one available.

Great and looks fantastic! Love it
