Good size and works well!

Good price much larger than previous fridge and much quieter. Only downside was the large side door handle it came with . This was easily fixed with an adhesive handel stucvk to front of door . A bit of moulding in the door for a handle would have been easier and saved the manufacturer some money for the handle.

Fridge looks good and seems to be working well - this replaced an integrated one we'd had numerous issues with. No icebox so plenty of space. Door shelves are roomy and there's a salad drawer. The silver trim looks smart. This didn't get a 5* review because changing which side the door opened was a palaver: it needed an 8mm socketdriver, plus a cross head screwdriver. I've swapped over fridge and freezer doors many times and this was by far the most complicated. The design of the external hinges means the nuts are awkward to reach, which is why the instructions state to use a socketdriver. Thankfully this is a one time operation!

The Hisense RL170D4BCE Fridge fits perfectly under my kitchen worktops with enough space to ‘breathe’. It runs very quietly. It is very spacious inside with glass shelves and a large salad drawer and plenty of room in the door for bottles, jars and eggs. It does not have a freezer compartment. It is important to know that the two delivery men are only qualified to unpack the product and plug in the fridge. They will also dispose of the packaging and old fridge, if you pay for that service prior to delivery.. Also the temperature gauge has to be turned up to at least ‘6’ during this very hot weather to keep the temperature in the fridge cold enough. It pays to buy yourself a fridge thermometer to check on the temperature inside the fridge and to keep the contents of the fridge i.e. milk, cold enough so that it doesn’t go sour. I do hope that the above points will enable you to install and use this Hisense Fridge successfully, as it is a very good fridge and good value for money. The stainless steel model looks great with my stainless steel cooker and microwave and is very easy to keep clean.

Very pleased considering the price. Good, robust design and shelves in the door slightly more roomy than my previous fridge, without compromising space in the fridge itself. Having said the above, it could have done with being slightly wider but this is a small quibble.

Bought to use as a drinks fridge, all drinks are cold, job done. Using it without the handle as it protruded quite far out, also not much clearance when opening the door, watch your tootsies.
