Wow! Amazing fridge freezer. Does everything it’s supposed to do as well as looking sleek. Door alarm is a great addition and the icemaker is so clever. Fridge and freezer simple to use just plug in and connect the water and you’re off!

Replacing with the same brand (after 16 years) says a few more things than is possible after 2 weeks. It's quieter and a bit more spacious than the RS3000. Very pleased with it!

It's a great looking fridge freezer, big and keeps food cold. Unfortunately the freezer door seal came damaged on ours, so the freezer ices up around the door. After contacting Samsung 4 times, still waiting for someone to call back to arrange a repair. Had expected better for such an expensive product, so giving it 1-star.

The freezer shelves had cracks in from new. The ice maker drips from new. The panel fit is terrible and several screws were falling out as delivered. To make matters worse weeks later AO/Samsung combined have failed to provide replacement shelves. Poor show.

I've had it just over a week now and I love it. It is so big and spacious. I wanted to have more room in the freezer section and this one delivers on this so no need for a second freezer. The lighting is great inside and the shelves are all glass. You can move the heights of the shelves easily in the fridge and the drawers are big too, especially the top one in the fridge, so I no longer have to squash all my veg and salad in. The door compartments are very wide too so plenty of room for the big 4 pints of milk.The extra shelf for drinks is great too and gives you more space. I now use it to store my fruits so they don't get squashed. I really like the water and ice dispenser, great design. You can easily switch between water and ice and as the dispenser unit is attached to the door and isn't too big so you still get a shelf in behind it giving you more room which is something I didn't have on my old one. It is very quiet to run and looks modern and stylish in my kitchen.
