Had the RS68A884CB1 fridge freezer for a few weeks now and it has been perfect. Replaced a ten+ year old Samsung of similar design. Not so much door space as the previous version but has enough shelving. Uses an external water filter cartridge (the old one was internal) which needs connection in line to the main water supply and ideally the two included brackets fixed to a wall to hold it. Recommended that the filter cartridge is replaced every six months so needs to be mounted somewhere accessible.

The water was Very easy to plumb in. The castors are good quality so the fridge is easy to move. The unit replaces my broken series 7, and is exactly the same size in my kitchen, however the technology for the refrigeration must be a lot smaller - I feel I have much more usable space inside the fridge and freezer.

This fridge is BIG. It replaced an old Samsung American style fridge, but this is somehow much more spacious with loads of useful storage space. Its silent, and didn't take that long to get to temperature. All in all, we're very pleased with this fridge.

Have had this model for about 12 months having had a similar Samsung previous to it. The style and length of time before having to replace meant the value for money was amazing. So purchasing the next generation was a no brainer when the time came. Likewise when my son was looking for one for his new home, I had no doubt to recommend this product.
