The fridge freezer is great

Looks good and is spacious inside. Filter is inline type 2 rather than a screw in type 1 which I had on my old Samsung Fridge freezer. Didn’t realise this before ordering.

Great fridge freezer ordered after a lot of research, and the Samsung is proving the ideal choice. We were lucky in that delivery was the day after our order. We had a minor issue with the water dispenser and an engineer came a few days later and fixed it - excellent service. We like the large shelves, it’s easy to clean, runs silently and the water/ice dispenser is a boon.

Mammoth size and capacity, it was only a few metres from the backdoor to its destination, but it still took a fair amount of work to get it there from the delivery team. Once in place though, it is on plastic rollers and actually fairly easy to shuffle around for fitting and positioning. We needed to plumb it in, but this was fairly straightforward. Now we have a plumbed fridge, I can't imagine being without it. Never has so much cold water been drunk during the summer months, and having ice cubes available instantly has been fantastic. We didn't use them much before because it was always a pain getting them out of ice trays &c - now they are regularly added. Inside, there is a lot of storage space, but you'll probably want to invest in some vertical storage solutions inside. There are quite large height gaps between the shelves, which can be handy for storing tall items e.g. bottles, but can also leave a lot of empty space. The freezer is great and *very* cold. I've seen that some other models offer a way to look inside the freezer or fridge without opening the door, and actually that would be great. Otherwise you do feel you're losing a lot of the efficiency as you open the immense door, and root around.
