Easy to use, light and lifts dirt well.

Preforms ok doesn’t seem to push out much steam

Only used once currently hence only 4 stars but not problems so far. Easy to use, you think your floors are clean and then you use this.

It seems to work quite well. The area that holds the water is easy enough to fill with the cup provided. It’s nice being able to use both sides of the cloth. It heats up quickly and doesn’t leave the floor really wet but I wonder how much dirt it actually removes (my floor was pretty clean already so I might test it on a dirtier floor). It doesn’t take up lots of space but as others have mentioned, it’s hard to get it to stand up for storage, you sort of have to lean it against something.

Really easy to use, and does a good job of getting all the dirt up from the floor.

Very happy with my purchase. It's easy to use, provides good steam and I love the steam jet boost for removing marks. I also like that the steam stops when you stop mopping. Easy flip round of the pad and easily removable pad function. One thing which it would benefit from is the handle standing upright for storage etc as it falls over if not secured.

I really like the performance of the Shark steamer mop. It cleans well and doesn't leave lots of water on the floor. I cleaned the kitchen floor, bathroom and ensuite with just 2 fills of the tank. The mop is sturdy and well-made. There are a couple of drawbacks, a) it's a bit heavy to carry about. b) the handle won't stand up or lean without falling over. However, overall I am very pleased with the first ever steam mop I've bought.

Lightweight, easy to use. Quick and easy assembly. Pump action is good exercise.
