After going through a £30 steam mop every year for the last 5 years we figured it was probably worth investing in something that will hopefully last longer and perhaps offer an upgrade in performance. This mop seems to be in a sweet spot price wise. It’s not eye wateringly expensive and is from a band we know following the purchase of a Shark vacuum that we have been really impressed with Straight out the box this feels like a step up. The mop has a reassuring weight without being heavy or hard to use. The steam being “triggered” by the movement of the handle is genius as you can leave the mop turned on and itll stop generating steam until you start moving it again. The flex is nice and long and it sits nicely in the cupboard Performance is great, the floors dont get overly wet as has been the case with previous mops and the pad picks up dirt very effectively. We’ve also found replacement pads to be easy to find online and not particularly expensive Id recommend this if you use a steam mop often as a step up from the aforementioned £30 mops that break with scary accuracy every 12 months. One thing to note is that this is a mop only. It cant be used as a hand held steam cleaner like other models

Easy to use, cleans the tiles and laminate like they are new. Super product.

The mop head is larger than I was anticipating, but not really a problem, except for storing it. It would be great to have had a wall bracket option.

I have used my new Shark steam floor cleaner a couple of times so far and it’s a dream. I have two dogs that make a lot of mess. With a mixture of tiled and wood floors the steamer is so useful and quick. Rather than dread floor cleaning, I now look forward to seeing it gleaming and knowing it has been sanitised. I have a peg in the cupboard underneath the stairs, especially for hanging the cleaner up after use, so storage is a doddle. The floor pads go in the washing machine and come out clean and like new, ready for the next blast! If I could improve anything, I would suggest an extra couple of pads ready for use whilst the others are in the wash. A good job well done!

This is my first steam mop, and I have found it excellent. Heats up really fast, easy to use and good storage or the cable. only thing I would say is it’s wuite noisy, but that could be normal for a steam mop.

This is totally a great product to use on your floors, doesn't leave them streaky, is easy to use and the pads are huge and very good quality. Only shame is that when you have finished using it, it doesn't stay upright and tends to fall all over the place when you try to rest it inbetween rooms etc or once you have finished.

Brilliant product recommended to EVERYONE (with laminate or vinyl floors) ??
