It seems to work quite well. The area that holds the water is easy enough to fill with the cup provided. It’s nice being able to use both sides of the cloth. It heats up quickly and doesn’t leave the floor really wet but I wonder how much dirt it actually removes (my floor was pretty clean already so I might test it on a dirtier floor). It doesn’t take up lots of space but as others have mentioned, it’s hard to get it to stand up for storage, you sort of have to lean it against something.

Really easy to use, and does a good job of getting all the dirt up from the floor.

Easy to set up and use, click and flip not as easy as it looks. Doesn’t pick up as much dirt on floor as I hoped. Had cheaper brands that clean a bit better.

First class best steamer I’ve had by far

I love that you can switch the cloth head over to a clean side and how easy the mop is to use. It's quick to heat but I'd say it takes at least a few minutes to get it going and cloth properly wet from steam.

We have been through quite a lot of mood but this is brilliant. It doesn’t leave the floor soaking & the cable is quite long. So glad I decided to take the plunge & purchase this

Very happy with my purchase. It's easy to use, provides good steam and I love the steam jet boost for removing marks. I also like that the steam stops when you stop mopping. Easy flip round of the pad and easily removable pad function. One thing which it would benefit from is the handle standing upright for storage etc as it falls over if not secured.
