Being disabled wheelchair bound I have found it really difficult to find a good mop to get rid of the black marks left from the wheels I discovered the shark klik n flip watched a short video and was so happy to see how easy lightweight and how the shark lifted away all the dirt grease in the video leaving nice fresh clean floors I’m honestly so happy I purchased this product and highly recommend using a o .com as the have such amazing offers fast delivery and outstanding customer service

Disappointed. Ordered this as always had cheaper ones in the past. I like the klik and flip mechanism and the steam spray option but ultimately it's a let down. It only seems to wet the floor in a streak from the centre of the pad rather than all/most of the pad. The steam pressure doesn't seem to last long and you have to wait a few moments before it builds again during use. It's just such a let down and I had high hopes. Avoid.

Easy to set up and use, click and flip not as easy as it looks. Doesn’t pick up as much dirt on floor as I hoped. Had cheaper brands that clean a bit better.

Easy to use and cleans the floor but it struggled with stubborn stains and grout I feel the floor is just as clean with hot water and a good soap product. Did leave the floor drier which was a plus

This does exactly what it says. My floors were spotless. Very pleased.

The blast of steam function is excellent. Two pads are handy and easily to manoeuvre.

Absolutely brilliant mop, I clean our floor daily with a standard mop and thought it was clean until I got this! The pads were dirty in minutes! This thing picks up dirt like nothing else. Best thing I've bought for a long time!

It is an efficient steam producer and the cleaning head is surprisingly agile and fits under fridge doors etc .also large enough with the click and flip function for a full steam clean .The water container is easily accessible and carries enough for a thorough clean ,the only draw back is that some people may find the appliance a bit heavy ,making tank emptying awkward.
