Excellent except the displays are almost impossible to see on a bright day.

The first time I’ve had a touch ceramic electric hob and after initial head scratching moment myself and my wife got used to it. I’d say brilliant and thank you AO.COM

Very Happy with this hob. I usually have knobs to adjust the burners as I find it easier. Took me a day or so to get used to the touch sliding controls but the extra room and easier cleaning makes it a worth while trade off. The hob heats quickly .

Smart easy to use hob, looks quality and easy cleaned

This is a sturdy and good looking hob. User friendly and has a child lock also. Early days with using it but more than happy with initial use. Number lights for rings and heating could be brighter as you need to look quite hard against the black to see them. At this stage would recommend, staff were very helpful and pleasant, ordering also very easy to undertake.

Looks like it will last a long time.

Avoid this item like the plague. I had one installed today and it’s going straight back. The controls are pathetic. The LEDs are so dim and tiny, you can’t see what’s on and what isn’t. You need a magnifying glass to operate this thing. The lateral slider is tricky to operate and largely unresponsive. The dual function rings 1 & 3 are very awkward to manipulate with a single touch button to alternate between them. But frankly, it doesn’t work, or at best it’s hit or miss. I am truly staggered as to how this got so many positive reviews. It’s simply - rubbish.

Very pleased with my Stoves ceramic hob. Not only does it look great, it heats up quickly and I like the option to increase the size of the pan area. The sliding temperature control is extremely responsive and it's very easy to keep clean. I particularly like the stainless steel edge as this matches perfectly with the stainless steel Stoves oven, which I purchased at the same time.
